my journey started out very similarly to yours.


My journey started out very similarly to yours. I found myself not feeling great in my body and needing to move in a low impact, restoring sort of way. Finding yoga as a way to get exercise was just the start of a healing I didn't even know I needed.

Life these days can easily pull you further and further away from your truest self, and if you don't have the tools and awareness, it's easy to miss. Suddenly you find that there are more and more days of feeling "off," fatigued, sore, and stressed. Your anxiety levels are growing and you're in a fog of not knowing what to do or how to feel better.

Mindful is the guide you're looking for to step out of the fog and feel more like yourself again. To have less nights of stress pulling you out of a deep sleep and leaving you lying awake in bed rehashing every choice you've made the past 10 years. Mindful is there to present you with an array of tools for you to connect back to your intuition and learn who you are again and what YOU need to find a balanced & peaceful life.

By using yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy healing, and readings to tap into your soul, we can work together to find out what it is that you need to live a fulfilled life, rather than just barely surviving. Mindful offers a variety of services including; group yoga & meditation classes, one:one sessions for a more personalized experience, and retreats to dive deeper into your journey of finding yourself again.
