No Knead Dutch Oven Bread

This is a SO incredibly easy. I've never been one to make bread but I do make this a couple times a week. You only need 4 ingredients and it comes out perfect every time.

-3 C. Flour

-1 1/2 C. Warm Water

-1 Teaspoon Quick Rising Yeast

-1 Teaspoon Salt

Mix all the dry ingredients, then add warm water. You want the water to be very warm to the touch but not boiling, about 115 degrees.

Mix ingredients in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

Let the dough rise for about 7 hours.

Place dutch oven inside the oven and preheat to 450. Be sure the dutch oven is in there for 30 minutes.

After dough has risen, remove from bowl and form into a ball with a bit of flour. Place on parchment paper or silicone baking sheet.

Remove dutch oven and place dough inside with the parchment paper. Cover with lid and bake in oven for 30 minutes.

Remove lid bake for another 30 minutes. I usually keep an eye on it after 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow bread to cool inside the dutch oven for 15 minutes.

You can then remove the bread from the dutch oven and allow it to cool a bit more but I usually dig in right away :)

This should last about 2 days on your counter but it'll probably get eaten by then. Store in a paper bag, or plastic works too.
