The Mindful Chats podcast is a place for us to come together and chat like old friends. We'll explore a variety of topics like yoga and wellness to business and motherhood. It's a place to expand our minds and how we think. To break out of our shell a bit to come a little closer to ourselves and one another. Poetry for us is a powerful form of processing in a way that doesn't always have to make sense. There can be deep hidden meanings within a poem that sounds pretty ordinary. It can be a tool for healing for the writer or invoke an emotion that needs to be felt within the reader. Here we have a collection of our favorite poetry, some may be original work, others are not.
